Surron Light Bee Battery Bypass Wiring Kit

Surron Light Bee Battery Bypass Wiring Kit

This is a wiring kit to bypass the battery management system on the Surron Light Bee X, allowing for increased power using aftermarket controllers.

This will allow your bike to run up to 7000W, attempting to pull more can damage your battery.

BYPASSING YOUR BATTERY WILL DO NOTHING ON THE STOCK CONTROLLER.

You can charge your battery like normal after doing this mod, but you must monitor your voltage via an external display as there is no discharge protection and you can fully drain your cells. The minimum safe voltage is 52V on your stock 60V Sur-Ron Battery. Also, after bypassing, your percentage readout on the battery will be delayed and is no longer useful which is why you must monitor your voltage externally. When charging, allow your battery to sit on the charger for a couple extra hours after hitting 100% to let the cells balance. This is not required but will increase the life of your battery.

Apart from these quality-of-life downsides, this is by far the easiest and cheapest way to get more power out of the original battery.
