Product Features

A smart Tuning Kit Volspeed V4 with an option to set a speed limit of an e-bike of your own choice. After the chip is installed, your e-bike’s display will show real data, such as maximum and average speeds, daily mileage and cruising range.

Activation - by pressing ' - ' button and holding it for 3 seconds.

Compatible with motors: Active Line, Active Line Plus, Performance Line and Performance Line CX, including motors of the 4th generation. NOT compatible with Bosch Smart system.

How does VOLspeed V4 work?

The tuning kit can be activated directly on your bike’s display. After pressing the ' - ' button and holding it for 3 seconds, a value of 6.2 mph (9.9 kph) is displayed and from now on you will be able to ride at a speed of 25 mph (40 kph), 31 mph (50 kph) and even more than 37 mph (60 kph).

To deactivate the tuning kit, press the ' - ' button again. The value of 1.6 mph (2.5 kph) will appear on your display and the speed limit will reset to 16 mph (25 kph). Your e-bike will then work the same as before installation of the chip.

You can set the maximum speed of an electric assistance by changing modes: Turbo - Sport - Tour - Eco - Tour - Sport - Turbo. 

VOLspeed V4 have max speed set, you will be able to ride up to 28mph (45km/h).

Assembly

When connecting Tuning Kit to an e-bike you will find connectors colored to make installation very simple. We have prepared detailed instructions and videos to make installation easy for you. Disassembly of our tuning kit is just as easy. If you have any troubles with installation or disassembly, do not hesitate to contact us.

If you are planning to install VOLspeed on a brand-new bike, make sure you ride it for at least 0.6 miles (1 km) before the tuning kit is activated.

Which VOlspeed Tuning Kit do I need?

This tuning kit is compatible with all eBikes; eMTB; eMountainBikes that have a Bosch Motor manufactured from 2014-2022. Including all Active Line, Active Line Plus, Performance Line and Performance Line CX models including motors of the 4th generation.
